How do we start with an iTero integration?

Please send an email to iteroapisupport@aligntech.com and include your software name, software type, and a point of contact in order to begin the process.

Do you have a testing environment and accounts to use for development?

We provide test accounts for development in production for you to test the entire flow of the integration, as well as a scanning tool to send cases on demand.

How long do integration projects typically last?

Projects tipically last from one to three months, depending on the development resources that are allotted to the integration.

Do you support Single Sign-on(SSO) with an OAuth flow?

We do not support SSO in the login flow. Users must log in with their iTero username and password for authorization.
